Miami Is Not a Dispatch Zone Yet
We do not currently send cleaners to Miami-Dade addresses, and we will not take a booking we cannot staff. That is the whole answer, and it belongs at the top of the page rather than buried further down it.
Miami is also a genuinely different job. Salt air works on sliding glass doors in a way it never does inland. Mildew lives down inside tile grout rather than on top of it. Balconies need attention year round instead of twice a season, and in a condo tower the loading dock schedule decides when anyone is allowed to work at all. We would rather open with cleaners trained for that than arrive with a New York playbook and improvise on your first visit.
Check back for updates. Our flat-rate pricing and our cleaning guides read the same wherever you happen to be, and if you also keep a New York address, here is where we dispatch today.
